Measurement is a key part of the success of any professional communications plan. And it’s the same with internal communications. But the right kind of measurement, and measuring the right things is just as important.
A 2023 Deloitte Study (https://www2.deloitte.com/content/dam/Deloitte/uk/Documents/risk/deloitte-uk-del-ca-report-interactive-2023.pdf) shows 58% of corporate affairs leaders consider data and insights to be their top area for improvement. Good internal communication should go beyond proving value, it should be a strategic tool, helping leaders diagnose issues, find resources, create programs and take action based on insights from data analysis.
