Kind of hard to go on You Tube, the clear leader in video podcasting, and suggest "maybe don't go all in on that," but that's what we're saying. People do sit and watch podcasts but they tend to be the shows with huge production budgets who can afford multiple camera shoots and even b-roll throughout the episode to keep viewers engaged. If you're on a budget, video is a tool but be strategic
